Our Ingredients (Updated)

95% of the meat used in Spiffo’s® burgers comes from within 100 miles of the restaurant it’s served in, with much coming from farms owned directly by us. We use only the finest, best-bred farm animals for our ingredients - that’s a Spiffo’s® guarantee ! We take animal welfare seriously, and each of our animals has access to a veterinarian, along with all the latest medical treatments should the need arise. Healthy and happy animals make the most delicious meats.

All of our externally sourced ingredients are also selectively screened, far beyond the standards to which we are legally bound. Stringent tests also apply to our fish, chicken, and bacon products. Even the ingredients in our Secret Sauce® are subject to the most rigorous quality assurance tests.
